No restrictions to song structure, using presets, choice of devices, number of tracks.
But, keeping in mind what we went through over the last week, find ways to
incorporate audio effects in the following manner :
You may take 2 weeks to finish this and share your music/project in the drive folder for feedback. Share them by 24th August to the drive folder.

Assignment:
Complete a 2-3 minute song, putting together all the learnings we went through over the last few weeks, in any manner and style that you like.
There are no restrictions to the structure of the song, using presets, choice of devices, number of tracks.
But, keeping in mind what we went through over the last week, find ways to incorporate effects in the following manner :
1. Balances the volumes and covers the stereo image in a meaningful way ( can try panning, utility width, delay, etc)
2. Controls the tone and dynamics of your song layers such that they allow each other to shine through nicely! ( could use the eq and compressor)
3. Create a sense of space for your tracks, so they feel like they belong together ( try reverb)
4. Incorporate side-chain processing to complement the rhythm of your drums in some way.
5. Demonstrate one creative use of parallel effects processing.
You may take 2 weeks to finish this and share your music/project in the drive folder for feedback. Share them by 20th August to the drive folder.
Wish you guys all the best! Look forward to the music coming from your guys :)

Harmonizing Vocals with Spectral Resonator
In this lesson, we’ll learn how to synthesize vocal harmonies for your vocal track using Live 11’s Spectral Resonator audio effect.
Spectral Resonator is an extremely versatile device introduced in Live 11. It allows for some very cool spacey resonance effects. It offers MPE support and just like Corpus, Spectral Resonator has a sidechain midi function, with which we can easily feed MIDI Clips from other tracks in your project. This makes it a perfect tool for some vocal processing fun, and that’s what you’ll be getting into here!
Check out this video below and feel free to follow along with a vocal track.
Based on this, I encourage you all to try these ideas out:
